Join the winemaking team at Pedernales Cellars for a behind-the-scenes look at the blending process. David Kuhlken and Thys Smit will discuss the methodology for creating the GSM Melange, our version of a Rhone classic through the lens of Texas terroir. Guests will receive samples from each of the component wines for an upcoming GSM blend. After careful consideration of the character and flavor profile of each of the 3 wines, we invite you to play the role of winemaker for a day by creating different blends to see how they interact in differing proportions.
