Join us for a retrospective tasting through a tasting of five Cuvée 1853 wines, paired with small bites carefully curated by Chef Sarita Silva. This experience will be held in the tasting room. Learn about this red wine blend and what makes each vintage special.
Owner, Dr. Julie will be on-site to discuss the history and evolution of this blend that is named in honor of the Kuhlken family's earliest ancestors in Texas.

2017 Cuvée 1853 – Rare, roast beef skewer
2018 Cuvée 1853 – Fruit and nut cracker with creamy brie
2019 Cuvée 1853 – Manchego wrapped in prosciutto
2020 Cuvée 1853 – Mushroom pâté on fresh bread
2021 Cuvée 1853 – Mascarpone panna cotta
